Henan Mine Crane manufactured LDY type metallurgical electric single girder crane, is designed for metallurgy, foundry lifting molten metal and hot solid metal designed for special models, suitable for steelmaking, continuous casting, rolling and other high-temperature, high-dust working conditions, to provide metallurgical enterprises with safe, efficient, low-cost material lifting solutions.
Henan Mine Crane LDY type metallurgical electric single girder crane is a metallurgy-specific upgraded model on the basis of the general LD type, the core is used for metallurgical workshop lifting molten metal (≤ 10t), billets, furnace charge, finished steel and other heavy-duty materials.
The whole machine consists of high-strength main beam, end beam, YHⅡtype metallurgical electric hoist, frequency conversion operation mechanism and intelligent electric system, adopting modular design, convenient installation and efficient maintenance.
For the extreme working conditions of metallurgical workshop such as high-temperature radiation, steel splashing, dust accumulation, flammable and explosive, Henan Mine Crane has carried out 6 core customised designs to ensure the equipment runs stably for 24 hours under the working level of A6-A7, with the failure rate 40% lower than the industry average, and the whole life cycle cost reduced by 35%.
1. Metallurgy-specific high-temperature insulation system
The bottom of the main beam is covered with a 50mm thick high-temperature-resistant heat insulation layer, which, together with the thermal stress release groove design, can withstand heat radiation of 1000℃+ and prevent high-temperature deformation of the main beam.
2. Dual-brake redundant safety protection
The lifting mechanism adopts double brake design, the secondary brake intervenes immediately when the main brake fails, eliminating the risk of falling of ladle.
3. Explosion-proof and dust-proof electrical protection
The protection level of the electrical system is IP55 (optional IP67), the control cabinet has built-in dustproof heat dissipation module, and the contactors and buttons are explosion-proof (in accordance with Ex d IIB T4 standard), which is suitable for metallurgical workshop with flammable and explosive working conditions of gas and dust.
4. High-strength and lightweight main beam structure
The main beam is welded with Q345B high-strength steel, which improves the bending and torsion strength by 20%, and the weight is 10% lighter than the traditional model, which reduces the cost of plant infrastructure.
