The “Zero-Carbon Factory” selection strictly adheres to the “Zero-Carbon Factory Evaluation Specification” (T/HNEE 005-2024), focusing on three core dimensions: autonomous emission reduction, energy optimization, and carbon management. As a National Green Factory and National Green Supply Chain Management Enterprise, Henan Mine has dedicated over two decades to “green intelligent manufacturing.” It innovatively integrates digital twin systems with energy and carbon management platforms, establishing a full-chain zero-carbon system encompassing “green power supply + process energy conservation + recycling.” Through comprehensive digital and intelligent precision control across the entire factory workflow, it achieves green, high-quality production throughout the industrial chain.

Green Production, Reduced Energy Consumption
The entire production process operates under informatized and intelligent management. By establishing a domestically advanced smart manufacturing production management system based on big data and cloud platforms, CNC machine tools, industrial robots, visual recognition, and precision detection devices are interconnected, forming a factory-wide smart manufacturing network.

Advanced Equipment, Energy Conservation & Emissions Reduction
Billions of yuan have been invested in workshop upgrades, environmental equipment improvements, and other initiatives. Developments include wet-type dust extraction environmental equipment, modernized intelligent crane production lines, and automated (intelligent) integrated equipment sets, enabling smart and green production.

Guided by advanced principles of “intelligence, safety, and sustainability,” we implement full-lifecycle design management for new crane models. We intensify R&D and production of innovative products including ultra-high-tonnage and ultra-long-span cranes, as well as high-precision, fully automated, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly cranes.
