The company has installed an intelligent equipment management platform. Currently, over 600 sets of handling and welding robots have been installed, and the equipment networking rate has reached 95%. More than 100 welding assembly lines have been put into use, and the automation rate of the entire product assembly line has reached 85%.
Fully automatic double-beam main beam inner seam robot welding workstation
This workstation is mainly used for the automatic welding of the inner seams of double-beam main beams. After manual loading and basic alignment of the horizontal and vertical directions, the workpiece is flipped ±90° through an L-arm hydraulic flipping machine, and the robot automatically locates and welds. It has significantly improved the quality of weld seams and enhanced the welding efficiency of crane structural components, especially demonstrating a considerable advantage in the welding of internal weld seams. It is also another measure taken by Henan Mines to care for its employees and improve quality and efficiency.
Robotic Welding Workstation for Inner Seam of Single-Girder Crane Main Beam
The company collaborated with the Beijing Crane and Transport Machinery Design and Research Institute, engaging German crane experts to complete the “flexible production line for single-girder cranes.” This initiative enabled the crane main girder production line to deliver finished products hourly, reducing production time by 40% and shortening customer delivery cycles by 50%. Since 2016, robotic welding lines have been progressively introduced, capable of performing all welds required for the company’s standard single-girder products.
