1. Intelligent control system: the linkage platform integrates PLC module + touch screen, with WLK-type master command controller, clear feel, clear gear, with zero position self-recovery and locking device, to eliminate malfunction from the operation side; the whole vehicle adopts PLC + frequency converter communication control, with real-time synchronization of data, and automatic warning of faults.
2. Dual speed regulating and smooth mechanism: the lifting adopts stator voltage regulating and speed regulating, and the running adopts frequency converter speed regulating, no impact on starting and braking, no shaking and no spillage of the molten metal packages to be lifted, and high positioning accuracy, which is perfectly adapted to the precise requirements of pouring and mixing of molten iron.
3. High-temperature thermal insulation protection: the main beam, end beams, trolley frame and other key structural parts are wrapped in multi-layer thermal insulation, which can withstand high-temperature radiation in smelting workshop without deformation of the structure or attenuation of the strength, and the electrical components are selected from high-temperature-resistant models, which can be operated stably in a long-term high-temperature environment.
4. High-precision anti-gnawing wheels: 45°split structure wheel fixing tiles are processed by large-scale boring machine as a whole, and the installation precision is full, which can completely avoid wheel gnawing and partial load wear and prolong the service life of the whole vehicle.
5. Double safety protection: the lifting mechanism is equipped with double anti-roofing protection, combined with the vehicle safety monitoring system, real-time monitoring of load, travel, temperature, overload/overlimit automatic alarm shutdown, all-round protection of molten metal lifting safety.
