Henan Mine Crane Opens a New Chapter of School-Enterprise Cooperation
Henan Mine Crane was officially listed as the training base of North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower (NUWHP), opening a new chapter of school-enterprise cooperation.
Three teachers from the Mechanical College of North China University of Water Conservancy and Hydropower led a group of 105 college students to the enterprise for a three-day visit and internship.
Mr. Yue Xiangbin, President of Henan Mine Crane, Mr. Ding Yuqi, Deputy General Manager and other leaders attended the welcome meeting and introduced the enterprise development, enterprise culture and production layout.
The company hoped that the interns would combine theoretical knowledge and production practice to improve their professional ability and lay a good foundation for employment.
After the hanging ceremony, the interns were divided into two groups to enter the production line to learn the crane manufacturing process.
Through field study, students more intuitively grasp the production and assembly points of lifting equipment.
This cooperation has built a bridge between the campus and enterprise talent training. Henan Mine Crane will continue to promote school-enterprise collaboration to cultivate professional and technical personnel for the lifting equipment industry.
