Henan Mine Crane empowers global lifting equipment manufacturing upgrade
[International Intelligent Manufacturing Express] In May 2018, Henan Mine Crane Co., Ltd. formally put into use six-axis articulated industrial robots in the CNC finishing center, fully upgrading the gear automatic machining production line.
The landing of this intelligent equipment is an important initiative of Henan Mine Crane to promote intelligent manufacturing, which will provide high-quality lifting equipment core components for global customers with higher precision and efficiency.
The gear automatic machining production line on the line, using the international top hardware configuration.
The production line integrates two Shenyang I5T3 CNC lathes, original imported FANUC-M20iA six-axis articulated robots, German SCHUNK double-station gripper system, with eight-station circulating silo, turning station and safety protection system, to realize the whole process of automated processing.
The six-axis articulated robot has a gripping capacity of 20 kg, an arm radius of 1811 mm and a repeatability of ±0.08 mm.
The SCHUNK dual-station pneumatic claw can quickly finish loading and unloading in 12 seconds, and the frequency of material change is up to 4 million times, which is excellent in durability and accuracy.
The eight-station magazine is compatible with Φ50mm~Φ220mm parts, and can meet 8 hours continuous processing with one time material storage, which is suitable for the demand of mass production.
The automated production line greatly optimizes the production efficiency, far exceeding the traditional manual mode of operation.
The processing time of a single finished product is shortened by about 20 seconds, and the effective start-up rate of the equipment is increased by 20%-25%.
The robot autonomously completes loading and unloading and attitude flip, eliminating human error, ensuring the consistency of product processing, reducing the scrap rate, and comprehensively improving the core competitiveness of lifting equipment.
