Henan Mine Crane Automation Containerized Gantry Crane Exports
In July 2024, Henan Mine Crane‘s automated containerized gantry cranes successfully completed the load test and were officially exported to supply an overseas national railroad project.
The project is Henan Mine Crane service “One Belt, One Road” another international benchmark project, successive Pakistan waste heat power generation, Congo mining, Bangladesh power plant, Serbia copper and other key projects.
The exported container gantry cranes are A8 extra heavy duty working system, made of special dedicated materials.
The equipment can be adapted to high latitude, high cold extreme environment, in -40 ℃ low temperature can still be stable to complete the container loading and unloading operations.
The equipment has high-frequency and high-speed operation capability, and the lifting efficiency is 3 times higher than that of the common container door machine.
The whole machine is equipped with full frequency conversion drive and energy feedback system, ACCS automation control and GPS high-precision positioning system.
It can realize container handling automation, equipment status visualization and logistics information integration, which is suitable for the intelligent demand of international logistics.
