Henan Mine Crane 2026 Quality Month Welding Skills Competition
On April 19, 2026, Henan Mine Crane held the Welder’s Skill Competition, which is the sixth activity of 2026 Quality Month. The competition aims to test the welders’ skills, assess the welding quality in practice, and help improve the quality of products in a comprehensive way.
The competition was divided into two parts: theoretical assessment and practical competition. The contestants focused on and skillfully completed the complex welding processes such as flat welding, back welding, etc., showing their excellent professionalism. Female employees in the field of competition to strive for the first, blooming women’s craftsmanship style.
The technical backbone of the company’s process department and quality assurance department formed the evaluation team, and the Women’s Federation supervised the whole process. The evaluation team strictly controlled the quality standard multi-dimensional scoring, to ensure that the evaluation is fair, just and open. Eventually, the results of the tournament will be combined with the performance of daily work to recognize outstanding players and set up skill benchmarks.
