Henan Mine Crane 2026 Quality Month Electrical Assembly Skills Competition

On April 13, 2026, Henan Mine Crane held the Electrical Assembly Skills Competition, which is the second of the company’s 2026 Quality Month series of activities. With the goal of promoting training and quality improvement through competition, the contest comprehensively examined the professional skills of assemblers and the quality of the electrical system of products.

The contestants strictly followed the work standard and accurately completed the core processes such as wiring, fixing and debugging. All the staffs are striving for excellence to guard the stability and reliability of the electrical system of lifting equipment.

The competition will be combined with on-site practical performance, daily quality control for a comprehensive assessment, and will be recognized for outstanding players. Through the establishment of skill benchmarks, to drive the entire staff to enhance the level of skills and quality awareness simultaneously.

The competition further refines the assembly skills and strengthens the awareness of quality control.
