What Henan Mine Crane Supplies

One equipment plan for the hall and yard

The production crane and yard-handling equipment are selected within one lifting plan. Hook coverage, transfer positions and loading areas are coordinated so the quotation addresses the complete handling route.

Lifting arrangements matched to the element

We coordinate the crane hooks and lifting-beam geometry with the element’s center of gravity, approved lifting points and permitted orientation. Two-point lifting and turning functions are engineered for the defined product and handling method.

Drawings for building and civil works

General arrangement drawings identify working coverage, clearances and electrical interfaces. Crane wheel loads and structural reactions give the project designer the information needed for runway and foundation design.

Operation and maintenance documentation

The agreed handover package includes operating and maintenance information, electrical drawings, component identification and a recommended spare-parts schedule. Inspection records and site-support services are defined in the order scope.

Select the Crane Around Your Products and Production Cycle

Complete suspended load

Crane selection includes the concrete element, lifting beam, clutches, slings and other suspended equipment. Demolding and turning are assessed as separate load cases, including the applicable release forces and handling conditions.

Lifting height and access

The working layout accounts for mold extraction, rigging height, finishing supports, storage positions and trailer loading. Hook approach and clear leg openings are checked against the complete load envelope.

Operating duty and cycle time

The equipment schedule follows moves per shift, load spectrum, travel distance and the required service. Where one shared crane would delay casting or dispatch, separate production and loading equipment can be compared in the proposal.

Compare Precast Concrete Crane Arrangements

Crane arrangement Where it fits Main layout consideration
Double-girder overhead crane Indoor casting, mold handling and component transfer. Building-supported runway, hook height, end approach and crane reactions.
Double-trolley overhead crane Elements requiring two defined lifting positions. Individual hook loads, lifting-point spacing and coordinated operating modes.
Double-girder rail gantry Fixed storage lanes, production beds and dispatch zones. Rail layout, clear leg opening, wheel reactions and loading coverage.
Semi-gantry crane Wall-side handling areas and suitable workshop extensions. One elevated runway and one ground rail, including vehicle and pedestrian interfaces.
Precast concrete straddle carrier Transport between separated yard pickup and placement points. Loaded route, steering space, component clearance and pavement reactions.
Construction / truss gantry crane Suitable beam-yard and construction-related lifting. Selected structure, span, wind design and the project erection or relocation sequence.

Demolding, Turning and Two-Point Lifting

The crane and lifting devices are coordinated with the approved element and anchor-system design. Concrete release strength, insert resistance and permitted lifting directions determine when and how the element can be handled.

For two-point lifting, the proposal defines the maximum load at each hook and the allowed operating combinations. Coordinated hoisting, low-speed positioning and load monitoring can be included in the specified system.

Two hooks do not automatically share the load equally. Panel turning also requires its own engineered arrangement; an ordinary hook configuration alone does not establish turning capability.

Yard Layout, Pavement and Outdoor Protection

Operating condition Project configuration Practical result
Long components and vehicle access Crane span, leg opening, attachment geometry and loading positions developed around the full product envelope. A layout that allows the element, lifting frame and trailer to occupy their required positions.
Rail-mounted yard handling Calculated wheel and horizontal reactions, runway geometry, rail alignment and foundation interfaces. The civil designer receives the loads needed to design the runway and foundations.
Mobile carrier routes Travel lanes, turning areas, slopes, crossings and tire / axle reactions assessed together. The loaded route and pavement design are considered alongside the lifting equipment.
Wind, rain and concrete dust Site-specific weather protection, coatings, electrical enclosures and operating / parking arrangements. Protection and securing provisions matched to the installation environment.

The lifting layout also identifies work zones, visibility restrictions and interfaces with other cranes. Travel limits, collision prevention and operating stations are selected for the final arrangement.

Precast Concrete Production Crane FAQs

Which crane is used in precast concrete production?

Overhead cranes serve indoor casting and finishing bays. Rail-mounted gantry cranes handle fixed outdoor storage and loading areas, while precast straddle carriers provide mobile yard handling. The suitable combination follows the product geometry, lifting cycle and plant layout.

How is precast crane lifting capacity selected?

The complete suspended load includes the concrete element and the lifting beam, clutches, slings and other carried equipment. Demolding and turning load cases, lifting-point reactions and the operating duty are assessed before the crane rating is selected.

Can the same crane demold and turn concrete panels?

It can be specified for both tasks when the crane, lifting devices and operating sequence are engineered for the panel design. The arrangement follows the approved concrete release strength, lifting points, anchor-system limits and permitted orientation.

Are two hoists suitable for long precast beams?

A coordinated two-point arrangement can be supplied where the beam design requires it. Individual hook loads and permitted simultaneous operation follow the lifting-point positions and center of gravity. Equal load sharing is not assumed.

Does a mobile precast carrier require ground preparation?

The loaded route must provide suitable pavement capacity, surface condition, slopes and turning space. Final tire and axle reactions are provided for the selected equipment so the route can be assessed.

Is A5 working class suitable for every precast plant?

No. The A5 gantry configurations shown are specific examples. Production frequency, load spectrum, travel distance and required service determine the appropriate crane and mechanism duty for each installation.

How much does a precast concrete production crane cost?

For the 10–20 ton overhead and gantry crane configurations listed, allow an approximate equipment budget of US$18,000–80,000 per crane. The selected span, lifting height, duty, controls and lifting devices determine the final price. Freight, civil works and installation are quoted separately.

What will a precast crane proposal include?

The proposal identifies the equipment schedule, working coverage, principal specifications, controls, lifting-device interfaces, crane reactions and itemized supply scope. Delivery milestones, installation support and warranty coverage are stated in the commercial offer.
